A doctor with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. After graduating from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine, she spent over ten years in managerial positions at Oktal Pharma.
She continued her career at Coloplast, where she was responsible for operations in the Southeast European markets for six and a half years. In 2019, a transition occurred: Coloplast withdrew its direct operations from the Croatian market, and the distribution of its products was taken over by the newly established company Medikal Lux.
From the very beginning of Medikal Lux’s operations, Dr. Melita has been involved in its development—initially as Sales Manager, then as Director of Sales and Marketing, and today as the company’s Managing Director. Her work is focused on improving the quality of life for patients with stomas, chronic wounds, and continence/incontinence issues, as well as on developing sustainable and empathetic healthcare solutions.
She has completed several organizational development programs at ISOD and has a particular interest in team development, leading with integrity, and enhancing healthcare through a modern approach to patients and the market.
