Davorka Gajari, PhD, is Podravka’s Director of the Department of Sensory Analysis and Nutrition within the Corporate Development Division. She works in sensory analysis, conducts consumer research, and carries out nutritional studies to support product development and manage the nutritional quality of products. She leads various projects, such as the development of products for special dietary needs and
the improvement of school nutrition in cooperation with the local community and beyond. She has been employed at Podravka since 1993.
She graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, majoring in food technology. She earned her Doctor of Science degree in the field of biotechnical sciences, specializing in nutrition, in 2022 through the University Postgraduate Program in Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering, Food Technology and Nutrition at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb.
