Ana holds a degree in dentistry and a PhD in communication sciences. She has over 15 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has been working in Sandoz since 2011 and was appointed a member of the Management Board in 2021, after serving as Director of the Prescription Medicines Business Unit. Since 2023, Ana has been the President of the Croatian Employers’ Association – Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (HUP-UPL), and as of 2025, she also serves as Vice
President of the Members’ Council of the Croatian Employers’ Association.
